Rachel Plaud is my hairstylist and she is amazing. The first time I came in, it was for a simple wash and style. I mentioned to her how I was thinking of cutting my hair and making it into a wig. She went out of her way to send me information and talk to her colleagues and followed up with me on my idea. She was interested and dedicated with an idea I shared with her and that meant a lot! Almost a year later, I decided to go ahead with my plan and I knew I had to contact her! She took a step further and was meticulous on finding what hairstyle would suit my face if I decided to go short or decide to keep some length. She also looked into the company I was using to create my wig and watched videos before my appointment. On the day of my hair cut, she brought ziplock bags and had a plan that was extremely detailed. She made the hair cutting experience enjoyable. I trusted her with a major hair cut project and I do not regret it at all!
