We are seeking an experienced Esthetician to join our growing team in Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a skincare professional who is committed to delivering results-driven treatments, building a loyal clientele, and providing an elevated guest experience.
What You’ll Do
* Perform customized skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and other advanced esthetic services
* Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses to develop personalized treatment plans
* Educate clients on skincare products, treatments, and home care routines
* Recommend professional retail products to support client goals and treatment outcomes
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care
* Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards according to Maryland state regulations
* Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities
* Collaborate with the salon team to create a seamless and luxurious guest experience
What We’re Looking For
* Current Maryland Esthetician License
* 2+ years of professional esthetics experience preferred
* Experience performing advanced skincare treatments and services
* Strong consultation, communication, and client retention skills
* Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals
* Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
