Rachel Plaud is my hairstylist and she is amazing. The first time I came in, it was for a simple wash and style. I mentioned to her how I was thinking of cutting my hair and making it into a wig. She went out of her way to send me information and talk to her colleagues and followed up with me on my idea. She was interested and dedicated with an idea I shared with her and that meant a lot! Almost a year later, I decided to go ahead with my plan and I knew I had to contact her! She took a step further and was meticulous on finding what hairstyle would suit my face if I decided to go short or decide to keep some length. She also looked into the company I was using to create my wig and watched videos before my appointment. On the day of my hair cut, she brought ziplock bags and had a plan that was extremely detailed. She made the hair cutting experience enjoyable. I trusted her with a major hair cut project and I do not regret it at all! This was my first hair cut where I truly felt my hairstylist did a great job. Choose Rachel!

First time at this salon it was so cute inside and very clean. I love that the shampoo room is its own room. My stylist, Jessica, was absolutely amazing and I already scheduled my next appointment with her! She took the time to go through everything I was looking to do, and I was doing a big chop & color so she made sure I was comfortable with the result. I also appreciated that she gave me a price quote before she began. I did end up adding a brow tint service as well and that was great too!

I have been coming to Vivid Salon since 2015/2016 I think, maybe even a little bit before that, and I have been Bonnie’s client the entire time, she has been taking care of my hair pretty much exclusively the entire time. She pays such attention to detail and makes sure my hair looks its best. I admire her so much as both an artist, and an employer. When you buy product from the store, some of the proceeds go to paying for classes for her employees, so she is constantly investing in her employees. I always leave feeling so much better then I came in. I have extensions in; they are going to be moved up next week, and you wouldn’t be able to tell. (I also got my extensions put in at Vivid Salon;, Mikayla put them in and dyed extensions the melt is flawless) they will be moved up next week, the original install was down so flawlessly it still looks melted in; and the after care instructions made it so easy to care for .
