Kayla always knew she wanted to be a hairstylist since she was a young girl. She was influenced by her mother, grandmother, and aunt, which makes it seem like it was something she was always meant to do. “I’ve always been an artist, creating things wherever I can whether that’s with cake decorating, painting canvas’, drawing, hair and now doing makeup.” Kayla has been a licensed Cosmetologist for 12 years, and a Certified Makeup Artist for 10 years. Her specialties include coloring, blonding, fantasy colors, color corrections, makeup application, waxing, extensions, and razor/men/women haircuts. She’s worked at many salons during her career but has found her home at Vivid Salon. Her favorite things to do in her spare time are baking, lifting, going to metal shows, raves & festivals, watching horror films, and listening to suspenseful podcasts.
