Reservations

We create customized hair plan’s to repair your hair challenges and establish realistic hair goals. Some looks may take multiple visits to achieve your desired look. Our stylists are well versed with the newest techniques in the industry and continue to grow their knowledge through continued education training. We welcome walk-ins and recommend scheduling future reservations with us in advance, so we can guarantee your preferred date and time with the stylist of your choice. To make a reservation we require a credit card to be placed on file to secure your reservation.

Cancellations/Late Arrivals/ No-Shows

Please understand that when reservations are canceled without advanced notice, we miss the opportunity to offer that reservation time to clients on our waiting list and our stylists miss the opportunity to perform services for guests looking to come in.

Our Reservations are confirmed at least 48 hours in advance to give you the opportunity to make changes necessary to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. We understand making reservations weeks in advance may slip your mind, but that is why we confirm your appointment by email, text, and phone. Although we understand life happens, please provide our salon with a 48-hour cancellation notice by phone for any changes to your reservation. Failure to do so will result in a fee to provide income for the stylist who was prepared to perform the service on the date of service.

Canceling a Reservation with less than a 48-hour notice will result in a cancelation fee of 50% of the charge for your scheduled service. This charge will be made on the date of service with the credit card you provided for us to place on file.

Canceling a Reservation with less than a 24-hour notice or Not Showing to your Reservation will result in a cancelation fee of 100% charge of your scheduled service. This charge will be made on the date of service with the credit card you provided for us to place on file.

As a courtesy, we call or email to confirm your service two days prior to your reservation date. We also send a reminder text message. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to contact us by phone for any changes necessary to your reservation and future reservations to avoid any fees incurred due to late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, missed reservations, and not showing to your reservation.

Late Arrivals

As a courtesy to those that come after you, we greatly appreciate you being on time for your reservations. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first reservation to allow more time for our first consultation. We make every effort to maintain time commitments and we request that you extend the same courtesy to us.  We understand that special circumstances can arise which may cause you to run a few minutes behind as sometimes we may run behind as well.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for a reservation we may not be able to fulfill the entire service request. We will do our best to accommodate you and we appreciate your patience as we navigate a plan to provide services for you. In some cases, we may ask you to reschedule in order to provide prompt service to our next guest. Our goal is to provide all of our guests with the best experience and we will do our best to continue doing so.

Children

We do offer hair services to children. However, if the child is showing discomfort, we may not be able to complete the service that day. It can become a risk to your child and to our staff members. No Children under the age of 13 are to be left unattended.
